Partner closely with Caitlin and advisors to co-create scope, metrics and compensation for potential roles.

Testimonials
VP Design

“I find The Colony’s approach to career building to be innovative and progressive because they help see who you are and how to present yourself in the best possible light. I am not aware of any other firms that do this for design leaders.

I found myself too busy to reflect upon my career holistically. Career Advisory’s process helped me take an introspective journey to understand my strengths and ideate on methods to tell that story across mediums. It also helped me reflect on what my career goals are and apply that to where I am currently working or when exploring external opportunities.

I found the dialectical conversation to be informative, helping me get to know who I was. The conversation was casual but also designed to bring my strengths into focus. So thank you, Colony, for that!”
